A local union with a healthcare division needed to meet regulatory guidelines for HIPAA Compliance to avoid fines and better secure their environment and its sensitive data.
SOLUTION
ATP partnered with their Attorney to craft a WISP (Written Information Security Plan). ATP then evaluated their environment, proposed, and implemented a comprehensive plan to properly secure their network while meeting all the regulatory requirements and goals of the WISP.

In three months time, the clients environment was significantly hardened, risks that were not even known before the evaluation were mitigated, advance security products were deployed, existing systems hardened, and the union was able to meet their HIPAA.
